Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical expertise on Snowflake for AI/ML workloads and share best practices with customers.
  • •Understand customers’ AI/ML use cases and requirements, then architect Snowflake-centric solutions delivered by Services Delivery.
  • •Build, deploy, and implement AI/ML pipelines using Snowflake features and/or the Snowflake ecosystem based on customer needs.
  • •Develop hands-on POCs using SQL, Python, and Cortex AI to demonstrate implementation techniques and best practices.
  • •Ensure successful outcomes through technical leadership, guidance on resolving customer-specific challenges, and knowledge transfer.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 196,000 - 257,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
  • •Thorough understanding of generative AI and agent lifecycles (document ingestion, vector embeddings, LLM selection/optimization, monitoring and evaluation).
  • •Thorough understanding of the complete ML lifecycle (feature engineering, model development, deployment, and model management).
  • •Strong understanding of AI/MLOps for deploying and monitoring models and agents.
  • •Experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and at least one AI/ML platform (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Databricks, Vertex AI, AzureML, Dataiku, DataRobot).
