Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage VIP program logistics, including VIP road staff, new hire paperwork, and VIP rep processes (financial and nightly event recaps).
  • •Own training and execution for road rep personnel, including travel, tour launches, program advance support, and on-site check-in lists.
  • •Package road cases and manage shipments to/from tour, and oversee experience fulfillment and on-site VIP elements based on program needs.
  • •Manage merchandise and creative procurement, including approvals/changes, purchase orders, drop shipment schedules, and creative for photo booths and related items.
  • •Advance with venues for package details and space/capacity requirements; support road reps with venue expense review and finalize invoices/receipts for tour wrap-up.

Key Requirements
