Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, furniture, trimmings, and fixtures—removing old paint, preparing surfaces, filling cracks and holes, and applying protective decorative coats. Maintain safe work practices using required PPE, set up ladders or scaffolding for above-ground tasks, and support emergency monitoring for fire alarm/life safety systems. Clean and store paint, tools, and equipment, keep logs of daily activities, and help maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
