Drive and exceed store sales goals while delivering an authentic ALO guest experience through genuine connection, product education, and community-focused storytelling. Serve as an expert on ALO products—features, benefits, fabrics, usage, design, and care—while creating an easy-to-shop environment. Partner with store leadership on performance reporting and action plans, support selling and sales-floor coverage, and help ensure efficient daily operations including shipment processing and merchandising.
