Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-design and evolve how scaled agile and structured, plan-driven delivery work together, building on existing practice.
  • •Advise on structuring or reshaping delivery entities (product lines, programs, organizational changes) as they take shape.
  • •Lead workstreams that define new or improved delivery processes, from design through rollout (e.g., dependency management or capacity planning).
  • •Support onboarding and capability-building for teams adopting the model, working alongside broader coaching capabilities.
  • •Facilitate structural workshops and working sessions to shape and pressure-test the delivery model, documenting how it evolves over time.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in operating model design, PMO, or transformation roles within large, complex tech organizations.
  • •Experience working across both scaled/product-centric agile delivery and structured, plan-driven delivery.
  • •Track record of designing structural change and seeing it through to implementation and organizational adoption.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and narrative-building across senior and operational levels.
  • •Comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis, design, and documentation work, plus an understanding of delivery tooling (e.g., Jira/Confluence).
