Key Requirements

  • •Chartered or professional membership such as NZIQS, RICS, or equivalent.
  • •Proven experience leading Cost Management services and managing project resources, budgets, and timelines.
  • •Experience preparing and leading proposals, submissions, and client presentations to contribute to winning work.
