Key Responsibilities

  • •Book visitors onto site, manage sign-in processes, issue keys, and support contractor access.
  • •Operate and administer the CAFM system, including closing completed work orders and monitoring target dates for work orders to prevent service level agreement breaches.
  • •Complete administrative tasks such as plotting, printing, filing, and checking operations and maintenance documentation.
  • •Maintain the technical library in digital and hard copy formats, including updating SharePoint, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  • •Update systems including Service Variations (SV), ARCS and SharePoint; produce and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and work instructions; liaise with the service desk and end users.
