Job Summary

Provide foundational analytical and operational support to strengthen execution discipline across a multi-branded footwear and equipment product development organization. Maintain reliable KPI reporting by updating dashboards, validating data across systems, and ensuring consistency between source systems and reporting outputs. Support operational data upkeep across PO/PR/milestone/ECN records, follow SOPs and governance standards, and proactively identify and escalate data gaps, inconsistencies, and execution risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, maintain, and validate Product Development KPI reports and trackers, including updating dashboards and responding to ad-hoc data requests.
•Validate data across systems and ensure consistency between source systems and reporting outputs.
•Maintain operational data across Product Development systems, including PO, PR, milestone, and ECN data, ensuring records are current.
•Document operational updates in accordance with defined processes and reflect milestones accurately.
•Follow SOPs and governance standards; identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or execution risks and escalate to the Specialist or Manager for resolution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
•1–3 years of experience in an analyst, coordinator, or operational support role.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to PLM or ERP systems is an advantage.
•Comfort working with structured processes, systems, and reporting tools.
•Fluent in English (written and verbal); Mandarin fluency is a valuable plus.
