Key Responsibilities

•Lead systems engineering activities for Traffic Surveillance products throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements development through certification and deployment.
•Translate customer, regulatory, and product requirements into system-level and detailed engineering requirements.
•Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of systems engineers.
•Define and execute system integration, validation, and verification strategies for DAL-B avionics products.
•Develop test plans, procedures, test cases, verification reports, and certification artifacts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other STEM.
•6-9 years of experience in avionics systems engineering.
•Minimum 5 years of experience working within ARP4754A/B-based development programs.
•Experience developing and managing system requirements using Jama and/or DOORS.
•Proficiency in Python scripting for engineering and automation activities.
