Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, maintain, and improve repeatable execution mechanisms to track program status, communicate progress, and escalate blockers.
  • •Partner with the immediate Ops team and cross-functional leads to improve cross-functional planning, alignment, and execution.
  • •Identify execution friction and process gaps, recommending scalable improvements to strengthen operational effectiveness.
  • •Establish metrics and reporting to provide visibility into execution health and enable data-informed decisions.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional reviews, planning sessions, and execution forums; monitor initiatives through rollout and drive follow-up improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution.
  • •Identify friction and design scalable improvements that drive measurable outcomes.
  • •Strong structured problem-solving and diagnostic thinking to find root causes and design solutions.
