Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the bridge between Allianz Technology stakeholders and customer operating entities delivering IT services.
  • •Prepare, lead, and follow up quarterly account meetings with customer stakeholders (including COO/CIO) and run Net Promoter Score exercises.
  • •Manage monthly financial meetings, dispute handling, and issue/escalation management including financial and contractual topics.
  • •Handle customer communications for planning dialogue, service introductions, and tools/process onboarding, including contract change communications and signoff.
  • •Drive revenue planning, forecasting, actuals reporting, and oversee charging status, demand funding approvals, billing items, and financial reconciliation/receivables closure.
  • •Ensure tracking and closure of overdue receivables with the Cash Collection Team and support quarterly Operations Manual reviews of new services and SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant university degree (Master’s degree preferred) with 5–6 years of professional experience, including work in a matrix environment.
  • •Fluent English (speaking and writing) with strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset; additional European language is a plus.
  • •Strong data analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented and independent working style.
  • •Experience in client/account management is a plus, with a financial background in controlling/accounting as an additional advantage.
