Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the bridge between Business and IT to translate business requirements into effective system and process solutions.
  • •Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows; translate them into functional requirements for IT and implementation teams.
  • •Support the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of business processes across operations.
  • •Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and sustainability of ERP/MES-enabled business processes, driving operational efficiency, compliance, and data quality.
  • •Coordinate and execute SIT, UAT, data validation, and business readiness activities; provide post-go-live support and training, and recommend enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering/industrial engineering/science (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of project management experience.
  • •Experience delivering projects through the full life cycle.
  • •Excellent analytical skills with the ability to multitask, resolve issues, and share knowledge.
  • •Strong communication and writing skills in Thai and English, including the ability to train end users.
  • •IT-literate with MS Office, Project, Visio, Jira, and Confluence; ERP and/or MES experience (AX/ SAP PP or QM module) is an advantage.
