Job Summary

Provide onsite IT support for a federal customer in Corbin, KY, troubleshooting issues through the ServiceNow ticketing system and coordinating with help desks and technical teams. Perform operations and maintenance for networks/servers, install and manage OS patches and upgrades via SCCM, support telework/home users using VPN and Citrix, and handle device encryption, cabling, and basic hardware/software repairs. Support asset inventory, disposal preparation, and user training.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-call support by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
•Support onsite IT activities including troubleshooting networks/servers and restoring service with relevant technical teams.
•Install operating system patches and upgrades using SCCM Software Center.
•Deliver remote support for telework/home users and ensure applications work over VPN and/or Citrix.
•Perform routine maintenance and repairs including hardware configurations, encryption, cabling, equipment replacement, and device disposal preparation.

Travel: Low travel
