Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, maintain and evaluate sanitation procedures, training and operating standards that meet Heinz Sanitation Program requirements.
  • •Lead and manage all verification and validation activities, including GMP audits, KHMS performance monitoring and environmental monitoring programs.
  • •Analyse customer complaints and hygiene-related issues to identify root causes and drive process improvements.
  • •Act as the accountable owner for Management System standards, Golden Rules and associated reporting requirements.
  • •Lead and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring timely follow-up on actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualifications in food science, technology or related discipline and at least two years’ experience in a quality role
  • •HACCP Principles & Application – Level 4 certified
  • •Internal audit, external audit, and risk assessment experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • •Experience in a quality / food safety role is required
  • •Eligibility to work in New Zealand – with full working rights.
