Job Summary

Lead cash and liquidity management funding processes for Market Operations, ensuring internal controls and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. Manage and mentor teams while providing leadership and customer service to stakeholders across top and lower management. Own management information (MI) reporting, escalation procedures, and desk reviews, while supporting ad-hoc operational projects involving collation, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide best-in-class cash and liquidity management funding process.
•Provide leadership and customer service across management levels while maintaining a cohesive, supportive team environment.
•Maintain internal control standards and implement audit points, regulatory compliance, and Group Compliance Policy.
•Produce Weekly and Monthly MI reports, maintain MI data, and communicate it with supporting statistics and dashboards.
•Ensure escalation procedures are followed and resolve issues to maximize customer satisfaction, including training and mentoring for risk and control concepts.

Key Requirements

•A degree in banking, financial, management, business administration, or accounting (or accounting exposure).
•Working knowledge of Global Markets processes and the trade lifecycle.
•Sound knowledge of the Nostros Funding process and CMS Systems.
•Strong understanding of management information (MI) reports.
•Experience in Investment Banking Operations environment with exposure to Cash Management, Cash Services Operations and/or FX Operations (ideally 2+ years).
