Regulatory & Compliance Lead

Develop and maintain the project Regulatory & Compliance framework, ensuring adherence to Mozambican regulatory requirements, permit conditions, and applicable international standards. Lead the permitting lifecycle from identification through approval, manage permit registers and compliance tracking, and coordinate regulatory reporting and renewals. Serve as the technical and stakeholder interface with authorities, government entities, and JV/client partners, and monitor regulatory risks through audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
