Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Agentic AI solutions for PEO Digital modernization initiatives.
  • •Design portable AI architectures and AI services that operate across Azure, AWS, GCP, and on-premises while minimizing vendor lock-in.
  • •Develop multi-agent systems including orchestration, autonomous task planning, tool execution, agent collaboration, workflow automation, and multi-agent reasoning.
  • •Design and deploy production AI inference environments and AI model deployment using technologies such as Hugging Face, vLLM, and Text Generation Inference.
  • •Provide technical leadership across programs: mentor engineers and data scientists, advise Government stakeholders, and present architectural recommendations while ensuring security and compliance (Zero Trust, identity, audit logging, data governance).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, AI, or cloud engineering.
  • •5+ years designing enterprise AI or ML solutions and deploying AI in cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
  • •Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications, including architecting multi-cloud AI solutions across Azure, AWS, GCP, and Azure Arc.
