Job Summary

Support the daily management of IT portfolio management platforms such as Planview. Assist with system configuration, user account and permission management, workflow setup, and first-level troubleshooting. Maintain data accuracy through import/export, generate basic project tracking reports and dashboards, and perform system monitoring and basic maintenance. Help gather business requirements and document system needs while partnering with users and vendors to support standard workflows.

•Familiarity with project management methodologies and Planview experience preferred.
