Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide human monitoring and operations of ITS and other traffic control devices, taking appropriate actions based on SOP guidance.
  • •Coordinate responses for roadway concerns, including traffic incident management and special events.
  • •Enter data into databases for incidents, special events, roadway concerns, and call logs.
  • •Assist with traffic data collection and troubleshooting using manual and automated data collection and surveillance features of ATMS/ITS and other TMC systems.
  • •Coordinate with TDOT to identify, troubleshoot, and document device failures, establish repair priorities, issue work orders, and respond to phone and inquiry requests about roadway conditions.

Key Requirements
