Job Summary

Lead safe and secure field execution for Carvana’s Safe & Secure team across high-risk locations in an assigned geographical area. You’ll travel between sites based on risk level, support incident management and emergency readiness, troubleshoot scanning and inventory control issues, and drive unit loss and fraud mitigation through data-driven routines. The role manages Safe & Secure technology processes onsite and partners with Market Operations and Logistics while reporting to the Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Travel between sites in the assigned geographical area based on risk level and on-site support needs.
•Work non-standard hours and respond to incidents outside standard business hours as needed.
•Troubleshoot scanning and inventory control concerns; lead efforts to track and reduce unit loss and support inventory control for units taken off lot.
•Execute incident management programs and drive incident reduction through safety compliance initiatives.
•Directly lead Safe & Secure technology processes and ensure incident records are properly recorded and followed by after-action reviews.

Salary: USD 60,000 - 65,000 annually

•High school diploma or equivalent is required.
•At least 5 years of Security/Asset Protection experience.
•At least 1 year of multi-site leadership experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong analytical, data-driven skills with experience investigating theft and fraud issues.
