Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage activities and personnel to achieve targeted regional revenue and margin growth.
  • •Achieve targeted lift on fee-based revenue and identify new client opportunities with annual revenue above $30,000.
  • •Initiate or participate in at least six new business opportunities annually and support regional goals.
  • •Manage client engagements to produce at least a 65% contribution margin relative to Surety deliverables.
  • •Mentor Advisory and Fulfillment staff, maintain 100% utilization of Aon time tracking/compliance guidelines, and expand knowledge via training programs.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant Property & Casualty insurance experience with strong preference for Construction Surety Bonds expertise.
  • •Manage client activities to achieve revenue objectives for the office/region.
  • •Contribute to and participate in marketplace positioning with carriers, clients, and prospect accounts.
  • •Participate in Surety and CSG sales and client review meetings to sustain deep client relationships.
  • •Obtain an active Property and Casualty license within 4 months of hire (90 days) and maintain proper licensing.
