Key Responsibilities

•Support PT Projects transformation including the new vertical reporting; harmonize processes across Refinery, Petrochemical, Low Carbon Energy and Gas.
•Lead monthly and quarterly financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, identifying key drivers and addressing performance gaps.
•Own recurring financial reporting deliverables: Revenue, Direct Margin, Gross Margin with cross-functional coordination.
•Partner with Finance and Controllership to analyze and resolve accounting issues; lead monthly close including Orders, Cash, revenues and margins with commentary vs. plan, prior year, and estimates.
•Act as a business partner to Execution and Leadership, translating financial insights into actionable recommendations.
