Lead and grow a ~10-person SRE team across US, UK, HK and NZ, guiding day-to-day operations and long-term reliability strategy. •Lead and grow the SRE team (approx. 10 engineers) across multiple time zones, including hiring, retention, career development, and performance management.
•Build strategic partnerships with product engineering to shift SRE from reactive to proactive co-ownership of reliability outcomes.
•Scale multi-tenant infrastructure to support onboarding of new customers and expanding patient populations.
•Own cloud cost management and FinOps practices to balance cost control with reliability and performance.
•Champion developer self-service and platform engineering with self-service capabilities, defined SLOs/SLIs, and improved alert quality.

Key Requirements

•6+ years managing an SRE team and 10+ years of hands-on SRE or infrastructure engineering experience
•Deep familiarity with Kubernetes and GCP (GKE, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, GCS); Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, PostgreSQL, Prometheus/Grafana
•Strong programming skills in Python and/or Go; comfortable writing and reviewing infrastructure tooling code including AI-assisted tooling
•Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and building/improving developer tooling and automation
•Ability to lead teams across multiple time zones and develop engineers into strong technical contributors
