Key Responsibilities

•Design and oversee a highly available, multi-tenant on-premise private cloud to securely host Linux and Windows Server workloads at scale.
•Architect and deploy SDN solutions and build network automation stacks to move from legacy management to programmable network fabrics.
•Architect automated bare-metal and IaaS provisioning workflows using platforms such as Tinkerbell and Canonical MAAS.
•Define and enforce a GitOps and Infrastructure as Code strategy, ensuring infrastructure and OS configurations are version-controlled and delivered via automated declarative CI/CD workflows.
•Integrate Cross Domain Solutions to enable secure, validated data transfer across distinct security domains/enclaves and lead compliance-focused architectural standards within SAFe.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 257,125 - 332,750 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure with at least 3+ years in a lead architectural role designing complex, high-security environments.
•Architectural and administrative expertise with enterprise Linux distributions (e.g., RHEL, Ubuntu, Rocky Linux) and Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Core).
•Advanced knowledge of enterprise routing/switching and firewalls, including SDN (e.g., Cisco ACI, VMware NSX) and network automation stacks using Python (Netmiko/NAPALM) and Ansible.
•Hands-on experience with bare-metal provisioning engines (e.g., Tinkerbell, MAAS) and IaaS/PaaS automation.
•Advanced proficiency with GitOps workflows and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, OpenTofu) integrated into secure CI/CD pipelines.
