Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll eligible individuals into the program via phone, text, email, and in-person at partner locations.
  • •Use empathetic, relationship-focused communication to build trust and support enrollment that may require multiple outreaches.
  • •Educate partners on services and explain Enhanced Care Management benefits to eligible members.
  • •Coordinate timely communication across internal teams, clinics, community organizations, and health system partners.
  • •Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel, provide updates on funnel stages and blockers, and meet enrollment metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Physically located in the United States and able to provide a quiet, HIPAA-compliant internet-connected workspace for Virtual Ops.
  • •1+ year of experience working in a metric or quota-driven environment.
  • •Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills for reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
  • •Strong technical skills and comfort using multiple technology platforms.
  • •A valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
