Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable offshoring software solutions for global clients.
  • •Design end-to-end software architectures with internal teams and external stakeholders using modern technologies.
  • •Analyze client requirements and propose tailored technical strategies aligned to business goals and delivery capabilities.
  • •Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposal development, client workshops, and architecture validation.
  • •Mentor development teams and continuously improve internal methodologies and solution standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in Java development and delivering offshoring software projects for global clients.
  • •Strong software architecture background, including system design, integration, and performance optimization.
  • •Experience working in global IT service organizations, especially in offshoring or outsourcing environments.
  • •Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and DevOps practices.
  • •Hands-on experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and technical proposal development.
