Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end vertical experience, including reviewer queue, administration setup, dashboards, and bottleneck visibility.
  • •Design how agents learn from domain experts and keep that learning inspectable for accountable outcomes.
  • •Define generalization across shared capabilities versus vertical-specific work, accountable across all verticals.
  • •Set direction with PM, engineering, and platform partners; guide cohesive experience across teams.
  • •Ship working software by opening PRs into the product repo and aligning design with product outcomes.

  • •10+ years owning meaningful product areas with a consumer-grade experience bar in high-stakes domains.
  • •Excellent design and experience thinking, including working with customers to understand needs beyond requests.
  • •Comfort building: write code and move quickly from idea to a working prototype using a modern frontend stack.
  • •Strong business context awareness, gathering insight firsthand from PMs and customers rather than relying only on briefs.
  • •Familiarity with GitHub, Figma, and Claude.ai, with comfort navigating ambiguity.
