Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Practice safe job practices and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders).
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; travel to customer job sites when required and maintain service vehicle cleanliness.

Key Requirements

  • •Own applicable tools for the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Advanced understanding of construction equipment schematics/diagrams and ability to diagnose issues to determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a 10-panel drug screen.
