Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an independent expert to identify risks, verify risk mitigations, and drive quality improvements at suppliers and within the ASML supply chain.
  • •Plan, execute, and lead cross-sector audits versus defined ASML requirements and standards.
  • •Support category management and supplier account teams by executing theme audits to help resolve key quality, logistics, or technology issues.
  • •Manage audits end-to-end (planning, execution, follow-up) and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with supplier account teams to verify improvements and support the global supplier audit team with best audit practices.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or Management Sciences.
  • •More than 5 years of working experience (preferably ASML or other high-tech companies) with complex products and processes.
  • •Auditing experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Certified ISO9001 Lead Auditor (or equivalent) with good knowledge of international quality standards such as ISO9001 and ISO14001.
  • •Broad expertise with quality tools and methods (e.g., QFD, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5 Why analysis, 8D, MSA, SPC) and strong risk management skills.
