Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement pricing strategies for bids aligned to country, business line and sector goals.
  • •Oversee negotiation and implementation of prime/subcontracts and related agreements with internal and external legal teams.
  • •Embed robust risk management procedures across bid and delivery phases; resolve contractual disputes and claims.
  • •Support commercial oversight including budgeting, project performance reporting, KPI monitoring, and cash-flow tracking.
  • •Coach and mentor commercial team members; represent the business in commercial negotiations, client meetings, and industry forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Law or a related discipline.
  • •Significant experience in contract, commercial, pricing, and bid/tender management within engineering, infrastructure, defense, social infrastructure, energy, data centre, or related professional services environments.
  • •Experience supporting bid development, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial governance in a multi-country environment.
  • •Languages: professional fluency in English and either Spanish or Italian; additional European languages (especially French, German, Swedish) are advantageous.
  • •Proven track record in leadership with commercial and operational responsibilities, including negotiation and dispute resolution.
