Manufacturing Team Leader -Test Technicians

Lead technical teams on the shop floor to strengthen technician capability across the Monitoring Systems value stream. Drive repair-first execution by improving troubleshooting discipline, work center readiness, repair velocity, fixture support, and escalation effectiveness. Partner with manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, training, HR, and planning to deploy skills based on need and complexity, and create visibility into capability gaps affecting flow, yield, and delivery.
