Job Summary

Lead Omada’s Data Engineering organization to design, build, and operate scalable, governed data pipelines and curated data products. Own the platform roadmap, deliver trusted reusable production datasets for analytics, experimentation, and AI-driven insights, and drive engineering excellence across reliability, observability, security, and performance. Partner with Data Architects, Product, Analytics, Data Science, Governance, and Software Engineering to translate business needs into enterprise data capabilities and improve self-service analytics.

•Establish and execute the strategic roadmap for Omada’s Data Engineering platform.
•Lead delivery of scalable, reliable, and governed data products enabling analytics, reporting, experimentation, and AI-driven insights.
•Build and manage a high-performing Data Engineering organization through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and career development.
•Improve engineering excellence across data quality, reliability, observability, security, and platform performance.
•Partner with product, analytics, data science, architecture, governance, and engineering leaders to define priorities and translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities and trusted data products.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 193,600 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years building and operating large-scale data platforms, analytics systems, or software platforms.
•5+ years leading Data Engineering teams, with experience managing managers or multiple teams preferred.
•Define technical strategy, drive execution, and deliver complex cross-functional initiatives with strong stakeholder partnership.
•Design and operate modern cloud-based analytics platforms, including data warehouses/lakehouses and ELT/ETL pipelines.
•Implement data quality, observability, governance, metadata/lineage, and access control capabilities.
