Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate through four six-month assignments over a two-year period within the Technology department.
  • •Complete software engineering assignments as an individual contributor on agile teams, working with more senior staff.
  • •Take on additional technology roles (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Master, Quality Control) based on interest and leader input.
  • •Participate in learning sessions and leadership programs to build knowledge of the bank and strategies.
  • •Increase knowledge of the industry and Fifth Third applications processed through available channels.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • •Relevant internship and/or co-op experience is preferred.
  • •Experience with software development and/or programming.
  • •Good oral and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to build relationship.
