Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Huntington Bank facilities across assigned properties in the Memphis/Jackson area, including emergency on-call coverage and mandatory overtime as needed.
  • •Plan, budget, and execute maintenance, construction, relocation, and remodeling work.
  • •Self-perform 40–60% of non-contracted services, including HVAC filter changes and repairs across lighting, plumbing, electrical, exterior, and interior.
  • •Develop work processes for vendors and contractors and verify vendor performance and pricing.
  • •Complete quarterly property visits and annual site assessments, and operate the Facilities Management work order system while supporting facilities leadership and training requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Valid Driver's License; company vehicle provided for work use.
  • •3+ years facilities management experience, including preventative maintenance across multiple facilities and minor repairs (plumbing, heating/cooling, basic electrical) plus vendor coordination.
  • •Experience creating and maintaining a budget for facility repairs and reviewing vendor proposals.
  • •Ability to lift loads up to 50 pounds.
