Key Account Executive

Own key account relationships by handling customer inquiries, following up on opportunities, and maintaining CRM discipline. Coordinate customer meetings and site visits, track quotations, decisions, and renewals, and support upselling and cross-selling for assigned accounts. Work closely with Commercial, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely responses to customer needs, escalate issues that impact progress, and contribute to weekly and monthly sales reporting deliverables.
