Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and coordinate air freight movement for inbound and outbound shipments within agreed service standards.
  • •Ensure all required shipment documents are completed accurately and on time.
  • •Work closely with carriers, NVOCCs, and terminals for timely tracking and milestone updates.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for CSO operators with regular shipment status updates and branch inquiry handling.
  • •Maintain and update internal systems and records, manage customs filings/details, and request cargo release information when carriers arrive.
