Job Summary

Lead the product strategy and execution for Figma’s Code area, overseeing four teams (Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform). •Set vision, strategy, and goals for how design and code stay in sync at Figma.
•Own Design to Code and Code to Design workflows end to end, including quality measurement, improvement, and discoverability.
•Guide development of code-context systems and translation primitives powering agentic workflows and round-tripping between design and code.
•Manage and develop three Product Managers, hire an open Product Manager role, and establish a high bar for product management craft.

•Experience working with enterprise customers to understand workflows and turn them into shipped product.
•Excellent cross-functional collaboration and written communication with technical depth, credible in engineering reviews and with senior stakeholders.
