Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring legal compliance and a high-quality offboarding experience.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support by assessing workplace concerns, guiding progressive discipline approaches, documentation requirements, and investigation fundamentals.
  • •Lead and facilitate client and external employee meetings related to workforce reductions, administrative hearings, and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining employee records in compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and drive process improvements, including automation and AI initiatives, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary terminations with legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills, including leading difficult conversations with confidentiality.
  • •Advanced business-level written and spoken English, with demonstrated automation/AI fluency and tech-savviness.
