Forward Deployed Analyst

Deploy into Clipboard’s most important customer relationships to diagnose and resolve critical problems, from complex labor/payroll integrations to metrics that are moving the wrong way. Build strong relationships with operators and executives, turn ambiguity into clear plans with owners and timelines, and coordinate internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and ops to drive fixes end to end. Occasionally travel to customer sites to solve issues in person.
