Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of policy management process redesigns across SEHA Corporate and healthcare regions.
  • •Support establishment of structures for effective implementation and ensure timely communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • •Work with teams to ensure continuous compliance with accreditation and certification requirements and participate in onsite surveys.
  • •Identify and implement improvement initiatives based on survey findings and support safety culture framework activities, including region-wide surveys.
  • •Drive standardization, review, and implementation of critical policies and ensure systems, policies, and procedures meet customer requirements and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a medical, clinical, quality or relevant health-related field.
  • •2–4 years of experience in healthcare, excellence, safety, or compliance for a comprehensive tertiary healthcare facility.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of clinical quality, patient safety, and good clinical practices.
  • •Progressive administration, management, and leadership responsibility.
  • •Proven knowledge and comprehensive understanding of regulations and guidelines for clinical and pharmaceutical issues.
