Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and get client acceptance of clear project scope definitions.
  • •Develop and scale a documented Project Execution Plan, determine needed resources, and apply sound engineering practices.
  • •Guide the project team to meet scope, goals, schedule milestones, and cost & quality objectives; manage scope/design changes with client authorization.
  • •Maintain and track scope, schedule, cost, and quality trends; ensure deliverable accuracy and complete project closeout.
  • •As Site Lead, run day-to-day site team activities, lead site safety initiatives, manage site work processes, coordinate staffing, and handle time/expense and workload forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of industry-related experience working as a Project Manager.
  • •Actual manufacturing plant experience, preferably in a chemical manufacturing plant.
  • •Experience managing groups such as site lead, department head, or other leadership roles.
  • •Solid project management skills with a good understanding of how information flows between project disciplines.
  • •Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
