Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply UX, CX, and digital strategy principles to implement robust research plans for enterprise application design.
  • •Conduct extensive user research, including interviews and stakeholder engagement, to build user personas that guide Agile teams.
  • •Design, map, and document end-to-end user journey maps and translate operational pain points into software requirements.
  • •Perform usability testing on actual or prototype systems and analyze feedback to refine interface layouts and workflow mechanics.
  • •Develop, standardize, and document processes for UX research, journey mapping, and requirements definition, and ensure accessibility aligned to Section 508 compliance and federal mandates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School with 6-9 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Experience with UX design, user research, and digital strategy in a federal contract or enterprise software environment.
  • •Proven ability to build user personas, conduct user interviews/surveys, and map complex user journeys.
  • •Experience planning and executing usability testing on live software or high-fidelity prototypes.
  • •Deep knowledge of human-centered design and integrating UX workflows within Agile/Scrum; exceptional communication and documentation skills.
