Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily onsite engineering support to manufacturing operations to improve efficiency and resolve schedule attainment issues.
  • •Identify and resolve manufacturing process problems and lead continuous improvement projects.
  • •Lead new product launches and CAPEX investments, including new equipment installations and modifications.
  • •Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, robots, and control systems; communicate with legacy controllers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, software, controls, or related field.
  • •3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering function.
  • •Automation and controls experience, including robots/vision/packaging or similar systems.
  • •Strong PLC programming knowledge (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and IEC 61131-3 proficiency (ladder and structured text).
