Job Summary

Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline for the DataAI Lab team. Use data- and market-intelligence-led sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn and alternative search techniques, to meet hiring goals across varying experience levels. Support recruiters with candidate management and interviewing, help ensure a D&I-aligned selection process, and contribute to ongoing hiring projects while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand hiring needs and partner with TA Partners and stakeholders to manage sourcing strategy for key talent across experience levels.
•Develop efficient hiring processes and deliver a high-touch candidate experience to meet hiring goals.
•Support recruiters with candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across departments and locations.
•Plan and execute sourcing pipeline projects, including using LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 - 50 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (search firm or in-house recruiting).
•Experience using research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media or technical forums.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
•3+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience in the hi-tech industry.
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
