Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate licensing agreements through the full contract lifecycle, from deal memo creation to asset release and execution, supporting process/reporting improvements and KPI tracking.
  • •Partner with Contract Managers to coordinate licensing operations by territory and/or product category, ensuring timely and accurate deal administration.
  • •Manage customer setup/approval activities in Customer Records Management (CRM) and support deal reconciliation in RightsLogic (RSG) for data accuracy and compliance.
  • •Maintain and update dealmaker, customer, and contract information in RightsLogic for active licensing agreements.
  • •Generate status reports and ad hoc analyses from CRM, RightsLogic, and related business systems; partner with Finance/Controllership to resolve accounting/deal-entry discrepancies.
