Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
  • •Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors, including educating workers on safety regulations and accident protocol.
  • •Enforce site safety rules, handle site accidents per protocol, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting/resolution.
  • •Maintain accurate construction employee attendance and evaluate performance, including disciplinary measures as needed.
  • •Analyze blueprints to ensure projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications and establish quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience in construction with 3 years relevant working experience.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of construction principles, structural engineering basics, building codes, and construction materials.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints to ensure design, safety, and budget compliance.
  • •Proficiency in project management concepts (scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation).
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to support project execution and documentation.
