Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to platform enablement, architecture decisions, code reviews, and shared engineering standards while owning features end-to-end (design, implementation, testing, observability, and lifecycle support).
  • •Build and implement custom AI agents for task automation, decision support, summarization, multi-step reasoning, and guided execution.
  • •Integrate systems using MCP (or equivalent structured agent/tool interfaces) to enable context sharing and interoperability without hard-coded integrations.
  • •Integrate applications with external and internal AI services (LLMs, embeddings, search, tools) via well-designed APIs, and harden AI components for 24x7 manufacturing systems with reliability, resiliency, latency, performance, security, permissions, data boundaries, and maintainability.
  • •Gather requirements, write code using programming/scripting/database languages, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development while critically evaluating AI-generated output.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong full stack fundamentals including object-oriented design, clean code, testing strategies, and long-term maintainability.
  • •Proven experience building and operating production-grade backend or full-stack systems with API design, service integration, and data persistence.
  • •Ability to design and evolve scalable system architectures balancing performance, reliability, security, and developer productivity.
  • •Experience in cloud-native environments including CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
  • •Experience with full stack and AI-native development, including custom AI agents, prompt engineering, vibe coding, context window management, and chain-of-thought design.
