Seeking a Financial Analyst to own end-to-end production financials within Anduril’s Manufacturing Finance team. You’ll build and maintain financial models, analyze variances, support cross-functional decision making, and present insights to senior management to optimize product profitability and unit economics in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Key Responsibilities

•End-to-end financial management of production execution, including headcount, cash/working capital, demand planning, standard costing, production attainment, and managing product margins.
•Establish transparency into material cost for existing and future Anduril products.
•Collaborate with Division Finance and Manufacturing teams to consolidate Product Revenue and costing models, run business case analyses, and implement decision-making frameworks.
•Develop novel financial frameworks for operational decisions across manufacturing and supply chain.
•Perform in-depth quantitative analyses (variance, trend, scenario modeling, root-cause) to identify performance drivers and risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 76,000 - 101,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or technical background (Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations) is a plus
•3-6 years of experience in manufacturing finance, business unit finance, management consulting, investment banking, or similar
•Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in an understandable manner
•Proficiency in Excel; willingness to learn corporate systems (Salesforce, Coupa, Anaplan) and analytics/dashboarding tools (Palantir Foundry)
