Key Responsibilities

•Repair damaged cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery components.
•Repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic parts, and stitching.
•Perform color matching/dying of cloth and fabric.
•Work in Carvana’s Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools to support vehicle reconditioning.
•Support production needs, including the ability to work mandatory overtime based on business requirements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive interior repair experience.
•Highly skilled in interior repair, including work on cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and upholstery.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some roles may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and use safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask).
