  • •Implement the product for the largest, most critical enterprise customers on top of their existing systems.

  • •Set up comprehensive monitoring to detect issues before customers are impacted.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience implementing solutions and integrating products with customers’ existing ERP or CRM systems.
  • •Ability to dig into complex, messy data integration challenges and translate requirements into workable implementations.
  • •Strong communication skills to explain complicated systems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Willingness to work with on-site customer visits in the San Francisco area.
  • •Experience with some of: TypeScript, Next.js, BigQuery, ECS, Pulumi, Datadog.
